We have a 14-day return policy from the day your items are delivered based on tracking information.
If you have received the wrong product, we will send the right product to you, or you can choose to have a refund back to your original payment method.
If your product was damaged during transit, please send us a photo of your damaged product in the box within 24 hours of receiving your item, and we will send a new product to you, or you can choose to have a refund back to your original payment method.
We do not allow exchanges or returns for used products, a change of mind after receiving your items, or if you have not reached out within our 14-day window.

We want to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their order, so if you are not in love with your candle, we will be happy to arrange an exchange; you will be responsible for return postage and the postage for your new product.
Once we have received your items, your exchange will be processed in 2-3 business days.

Workshops & Events
Standard Cancellation Policy
Workshop & event registrations are non refundable.
If you register for a workshop or event and later become unable to attend, we will gladly offer a credit for your registration amount to use toward any future event if you notify us at least 14 days before the workshop. To cancel and request a credit, you must email us at hi@cascadecandle.com. Workshop credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to merchandise purchases. We are unable to offer credits of any kind, or honor reschedule requests, with less than 14 days advance notice.
In the event a class is cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, increases in local Covid cases, changes to local Covid guidance, positive Covid cases on our staff, or other issue, you will receive a credit to take another class at a later date.
